TECH & SCI
TECH NEWS
* I am not the biggest advocate of Apple. I think their high prices are far too high, in spite of their innovations through the years. That being said, the Ipads, both Ipad 4 and Mini, sold 3 million in 3 days over the weekend. Quite a business accomplishment. The story can be found here: 3 Million Ipads Sold in 3 Days
TECH INNOVATION
* JBL has come out with a wireless speaker which stays charged by simply keeping it connected to a wall outlet. Seems like a good idea if you want to stream via your tablet or smartphone and do not need to take the speaker out and about. Thanks to the review by Matt Burns at TechCrunch, you can check it out here: JBL SoundPlay, Plug And Play Wireless Speaker
DISCOVERIES
* Looks like there are frozen glaciers under Mars' surface. Thanks to Mark Prigg at daily.co.uk for the article. Images and story can be found here: Signs of Ancient Glaciers Found Under Mars' Surface
HEALTH
* Stretchable like skin will soon be able to monitor your health. Find out more on this amazing article here: Stretchable Skin to Monitor Health. Thanks to Tecca for the Original Article
HISTORY
* Stonehenge was certainly finished, according to a new article, found here: Stonehenge Digital Laser 3D Survey. 3D lasers were used to date each part of each stone. Theories still abound as to the site's function. Thanks to Maev Kennedy, over at The Guardian
