FILM, TV, GAMING, & MUSIC

FILM
* Ah, George Lucas and the Star Wars News...where to start.  Well first off, you can read about Disney purchasing Lucas Film for 4 Billion, and the first of 3 sequels to be made in 2015, here: Disney Buys LucasFilm
So you may be thinking what the new Star Wars plots could be....here are some potential ones, courtesy of James White over at Empire: Future Storylines of Star Wars

* In other film news, Bryan Singer has signed on to direct X-Men again.  He did a great job on the last one, and I have a feeling this one will be even better.  Thanks to Deadline for the story, which can be found here: X-Men: Days of Future Past

TV
 * New SNL Hosts Announced: Anne Hathaway and Rhianna on Nov. 10th, and Jeremy Renner and Maroon 5 on Nov.17th.  And don't forget Louis C.K. and Fun will be on this upcoming Saturday, Nov. 3rd.  The update originally posted at NBC.com

GAMING
* Mario Bros. Side Scrolling again?  You bet, and it could be the hit Nintendo has been waiting for.  With the yet released Wii U being cut in price for the holidays, this could be a monster hit.  Check it out for yourself here: Super Mario Bros U
MUSIC
*Taylor Swift has just had the best debut since The Eminem Show was released in 2002.  Thanks to Chris Martins for the story, which can be found here: Taylor Swift first to sell 1 Million in a Decade

* Axl Rose is coming out with a new Guns N' Roses Album, minus Slash of course.  Thanks to Marc Hogan for the update.  More info can be found here:  New Guns N' Roses Album

  2. I enjoy the Wii Mario Bros. I believe Super Mario Cart for SNES could be the best Mario of all time, but it depends on what kind of game you are in the mood for. I have high hopes for this new Wii U. Although I'm guessing GTA 5 will not be coming to the Wii U next spring. :-(.
